To Whom It May Concern:
This letter of reference is to introduce Miss Vu Thi
Hoang who has been employed in the Capacity of Accountant with our
company since January, 1995 till present. It is very regretful that
we have to terminate her employment due to our company closing down
operations in South East Asia.
During her stay under my employ I have always found Miss Hoang to
be courteous, obedient, trustworthy and have a pleasant disposition,
and most of all she carried out her duties in a very capable manner.
Miss Hoang conducted most of financial matters and handled all bank
matters and correspondence on our behalf, I may add that she also
carried out all foreign cash transaction and submit monthly cash report
including petty cash to myself and to our head office in Aberdeen,
Scotland. She also handled proforma invoices and shipping documentation
of all parts imported and exported during our Drilling Campaign in
Vietnam.
Finally I can only say that given the opportunity
again I would be more than pleased to employ Miss Hoang and have no
hesitation in recommending her to any company or employer who would
wish to secure her service.
