Ms Vu Thi Hoang

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Hoang during my many trips to Vietnam since January 1996. I was in Vietnam to assist my colleagues on a project to launch a range of infant nutrition products in Vietnam.

She was employed as the personal assistant to the chief of our company's representative office in Ho Chi Minh City. Her responsibilities were to provide secretarial assistance, expenses monitoring for the office and general administrative duties.

I have found Ms. Hoang to have shown initiative and diligence in her work, most of her time is spending working by her own initiative. One of her strong point is the organization of her work. She also had to be the first point of contact to handle any requires, problems or other matters that crop up in day to day business.

Ms Hoang has extremely good computer skills is able to use fluently the Microsoft office applications; Word, Excel, Power Point. She has a very good command of the English language, and is able to converse with out staff at our head office in Singapore and handle any of their requests for information or assistance.

Dedication is another quality that Ms. Hoang possesses once she sets an objective she will do the utmost to achieve.

I wish Ms Hoang the best for the future and she has my full confident to be an asset to any organization that employs her.
